https://www.cnbc.com/2019/05/28/who-recognizes-workplace-burnout-as-an-occupational-phenomenon.html A recent survey in a SHRM article of HR leaders indicated that 95% of the participants said that employee burnout is sabotaging employee retention. Another recent study showed that 25% of respondents would leave their current position for an opportunity that offered remote work. Employers looking to attract and retain employees may want to consider this as an option. In offering remote work, it can enhance work life balance, reduce burnout and attract as well as retain employees for the longer term.
